I have a passion for helping people connect with themselves, through movement and meaningful transformation. I am a registered Movement Psychotherapist, Wellbeing Facilitator, dancer and choreographer.
GEMMA
Over the past three decades, I have worked across psychotherapy, business leadership, creativity, hospitality, and designed experiences for major global brands. These diverse worlds have deepened my understanding, that true wellbeing comes from bringing the whole self into harmony. My work is also deeply informed by personal experience.
Following major surgeries and a significant recovery journey, I developed an even greater appreciation for the body's wisdom, resilience, and remarkable capacity to heal.
Everything I create is rooted in unconditional empathy, kindness, and genuine human connection. I believe that profound healing and great joy belong together, and that transformation can be both powerful and light-hearted.
Through thoughtfully curated retreats and events, I offer a space to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself—feeling restored, empowered, and inspired.
LUCY
I love bringing people together and making them feel welcome. Through teaching, food, creativity, hospitality, and events, I create spaces where people can relax, feel cared for, and be themselves. It’s the little things, a warm welcome, a beautiful table, good food, laughter, and shared moments that matter most.
For over thirty years, I have worked as a dance teacher, leader and hospitality professional, creating experiences that encourage connection, confidence and wellbeing. Having trained extensively in classical ballet and musical theatre from a young age, dance and movement have always been a huge part of my life and continue to influence the way I work today.
Alongside this, I have built my own creative business as an artist and photographer. I am also a qualified celebrant. These diverse experiences have shaped my belief that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when people feel nourished, comfortable and truly seen.
My role within Gemma & Lucy centres around Nourish. I believe nourishment goes far beyond the food on our plates. It is found in sharing meals, meaningful conversations, creativity, nature, laughter and the simple pleasure of slowing down. It is about creating space to replenish both body and soul.
I love creating beautiful, welcoming environments where people can relax, reconnect and feel cared for. Whether through thoughtfully prepared food, creative experiences or the small details that make a space feel special, my intention is always the same: to help people feel nurtured, restored and at home.
